    Mercy Medical’s Guardian Angel Charity and other local charities

    Online and at event
  7. How much are event t-shirts?
    $20 long sleeve; $15 short sleeve
  8. What is the event attire?
    Tent Side Garden Party- Dressy (Ladies can wear a hat for the hat parade); Tailgate- Casual
  9. Is there seating or do I need to bring chairs?
    Tailgate needs chairs, which can be bought while they last at event
  10. Where is parking?
    North and South side of event- off Dairy Road and Highway 32
  11. Are food/drinks served or do you bring your own?
    Luncheon Tent food/drinks are provided; Tailgate can be purchased from Los Tacos or bring your own
  12. What are the different events for the weekend?
    Rugby match, 2 different polo matches, children’s jumping houses, wooden horse raffle shot, hat parade, silent auction, bands
  13. What are the event times and locations?
    Gates open at 10:30 a.m.; events all day until sunset

    Portable restrooms offered close to all activities
